Mandatory drug testing for welfare participants. I think it is only right that working people are subjected to random drug testing, and we are paying for the welfare participants. Pretty common sence issue here. Perhaps a loss of welfare services to a welfare participant who would fail the drug test, because I would surely loose my job if I failed a drug test. Would save our country a lot of money, and clean up some people.
