Mandatory Reading of the U.S. Constitution in the Senate and House of Representatives at the Start of Each New Congress

To ensure that ALL members of Congress have read the United States Constitution, a mandatory reading of the document should be made before the start of a new Congressional session in the House of Representatives and the Senate.
