Mandatory release of "all" documents relating to allegations once a complaint has been filed with EEOC & OSHA

Created by D.D. on March 29, 2015

When an EEOC or OSHA complaint reaches the Washington D.C. level (Directors, Directorate, Commissioners), all allegations against the person who filed the complaint mandates that the release of "all" documents referenced in the allegations to the person who filed the complaint. The CEO of that company "must" be notified of the complaint filed by the employee and the allegations filed against the employee. Evidence of the notice to the CEO will be provided to the person filing the complaint. This may prevent false allegations against those who Speak Up to report violations. Every time OSHA fines a company for "serious" violations "after" an employee signs a written complaint and reports it internally, that person will be provide a copy of how the safety issues were remedied.
