We need a FEDERAL LAW to state there is a mandatory sentence of life without parole, for any adult convicted with physical DNA evidence of raping a child under the age of 11.
Our children need to be protected. Why do we give them another chance with a child's life to rape again? Why are prisons filled with drug people and sex offenders are registered and out on the street after serving 3-7 years?
There should be no Sex Offender Registry, as they should not be out of prison! Even if one child is saved, it is worth keeping them locked up for life.
