Mandatory sentencing of gun owners negligence & failure to secure their guns results other people gaining access to them

Draft, pass, & sign legislation requiring mandatory minimum sentencing for gun owners who's negligence and failure to secure their weapons results in unlicensed adults and children gaining access to such weapons.

7 years prison for gun owners who's weapons have been been accessed by unlicensed adults.
(Gun range employees excluded if adult has applied for permit.)

10 years prison for gun owners who's weapons have been been accessed by children.

15 years prison for gun owners who's weapons have been been accessed by unlicensed adults or children and used in a murder, armed robbery, or school/college shooting.

Enacting felony legislation which revokes the licence & confiscates the weapons of convicted felon gun owners who are found guilty of inability to responsibly secure their weapon.
