Build mandatory underground Bunkers in all states for the protection against extreme weather and all types of violent attacks against the U.S including Nuclear War and Chemical warfare. We should be provided the same kind of Bunkers that Congress is provided with the same amenities. These bunkers should allow us to pick up where we left off underground until we are able to resurface again. Congress works for the people so we should have the same protections they have when needed.
