We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Mandatory updated durable medical lifting equipment in handicapped and family restrooms and stalls for those in need

Created by T.M. on October 01, 2016

This issue affects all people directly and/or indirectly just by being aware that the problem exists. The basic needs and human rights of individuals are affected when an essential need and basic bodily function of a human being, use of the restroom, cannot be accessed. This reality greatly alters the involvement in good community life and supportive accomplishments which could be a contribution and extremely supportive to the society. This equipment for physically challenged individuals with or without the help of caregivers for basic needs of toileting enables the possibilities of balancing participation in community life and human rights. A Permanent or temporary certification could indicate and justify use.
