This petition is for those who wish that recipients on welfare be required to take a mandatory urine tests. Once the recipients DNA is proven a match, they would take the tests and if it comes out negative for drug use they are allowed welfare, but if it comes out positive, they are denied welfare and are charged accordingly. If a person has to pass a urine test to get a job and a part of their funds goes towards welfare, shouldn't a person receiving the welfare prove that they are clean and are truly in need?
