Please allow mandortory drug testing for all welfare and state assistance programs. This would not violate the fourth admendment right if the whole system was mandated to do so and doing so to secure the security of finaces of the state of texas. To assistant in minimizing the use of illegal drug substances and the minimizing of recipients who do use illegal drugs and receive state assistance.
Allow the recipient a week or month after failing a drug test and if they pass the test they must undergo testing for every month after for six months to continue receiving and have forms for all applicants to sign for a same sex pat search to make sure no urine not belonging to the applicant go in the bathroom. If caught doing so the applicant is suspended for assistance for six months
