Many "Minority"businesses are not given a chance at bids,because we are declined credit,and loans by government agencies

The Indianapolis Housing Agency are not given SECTION 3 contractors an opportunities, because of strict rules set by the Diane Pagett, and her so called "Boss"... We are told to sign many documentments and told to include many burdensome documents that has no barring on our qualifications... I was told by the Indianapolis Housing agency to exit the office, because my I had not prepare my documents. I ran out of ink! I am a diabled person, who is currently on a fixed income, but I refuse to allow my disability to keep me down! I had a breakdown in their office, because I sent out into the hallway where I go distroted and confused, because I was asked to get out... This office belongs to us, "We the people." We pay our taxes, and I should be able to be in that office!
