Today, many people work multiple jobs to surpass a 40 hour work week to, at the very least, provide for themselves and attempt to succeed. There are also people who live off of the welfare system and receive MORE in benefits than some people make at a paying job!
MAKE DRUG-TESTING MANDATORY TO RECEIVE ANY AND ALL WELFARE BENEFITS. It's time for reform.
Don't be fooled. We know that administering a basic drug test you can buy at a drug store does not cost the government more than $25. I think we can all agree $25 is nothing compared to the true amount we pay out to these people. It pays itself off in a matter of days per person!
Minors are obviously exempt from this until the age of 18. We cannot allow more generations of welfare.
