Ask Congress to change banking and tax laws to recognize that in states where marijuana has been legalized these small business need to be able to function normally and legally within federal law.
Federal law does not have to mandate the legalization of marijuana; just accept the states who have done so.
And also recognizing that having a federal tax on the sale of marijuana would not be a bad thing for Uncle Sam either!
