You cannot overdose from marijuana so therefor it should be legalized in the U.S. Although tobacco and alcohol has killed many people. 443,000 people have died from tobacco use. 2.5 million people have died from intoxication. Marijuana is not a drug. It is a plant that has grown from the earth, also it is not manipulated by man. Other drugs are manipulated by man.
