We the people ask the federal government to Tell us what the federal government is doing about an issue:

The marijuana law has passed so what will be the rules and consequences for driving under the influence in California?

Created by C.L. on November 10, 2016

The legal sales of marijuana has the potential to bring on a lot of car accidents and crime related to the source of influence. The government must ensure that the state of California will have strict laws about age of people whom the sales will target, how much one can purchase or grow, and driving under the "influence" of the substance of marijuana? What will be the concequences of this new allowance in the state of California should it become a substance of abuse? How will it be kept from "underage" users? Will there be permits for buying and selling and what process will the Californian people have to go through to get their marijuana? Will the permit or usage allowance expire? After how long? Please sign so the process can begin on rules for this substance.
