Marijuana Reform

•Marijuana: The Drug Enforcement Agency identifies Marijuana as a Class I drug, in the same group as heroin; LSD, and ecstasy. 21 U.S.C. §802(32) (A) contains the definition of a controlled substance analogue and 21 U.S.C. §813 outlines the schedule.
