We the people petition to change the citizenship clause of Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment to include marine mammals as citizens of the United States. Dolphins, porpoises, and walruses deserve to have citizenship because they are more intelligent than humans. They promote self awareness, individualism, and are harbingers of America's values. The Founding Fathers once said that all living things are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Inclusion. Liberty. Equality. Do it for the whales. Do it for America.
