Marriage Equality on the Federal Level, Marriage Equality Constitutional on the Federal Level

This is a petition to request the administration to move toward legislation that will ensure marriage equality on the federal level that will be part of our U.S. Constitution. An amendment that will ensure the rights for same sex marriage and the protection for such. Equal rights and benefits to be extended from the federal and state levels to same sex married couples, and all married couples. That the federal government will protect theses individuals from hate crimes and hate speech.
