Marriage is the union of one man & one woman. This petition is against any constitutional amendment that changes this.

Marriage is unique with origins as old as time. It includes, distinctly, a husband and wife, and if the desire and ability is there, it naturally produces children, a mother and a father. When we read a book and it says she was married, she has a husband, or a man, a wife. NO additional questions or explanations. This institution is well-defined and must not be changed into what it was never meant to be, and therefore must be explained. This Petition represents Americans that believes that marriage is the union of one man and one woman, husband and wife. This is not a declaration of hate but reason and fact and for the preservation of marriage, the union of one man and one woman, husband and wife.
