MARS MINERAL MINING (MMM)

Created by K.P. on January 20, 2013

Purpose is self sustaining funding for our space program can be achieved. With todays technology, we should be able to make a space vehicle that can land on mars AND come back. We can make a rover type drilling machine suited for Mars and a space vehicle that can take store the minerals the rover could extract. Our recent rovers to mars have found minerals such as opals. Imagine how much a mars opal could cost? Just the common rock on mars should be worth a lot. Once this can be achieved, the proceeds can fund our space program. The rest of the money could go toward environmental programs to help save humans from destroying their own environment. Estimate for the project can cost in the range of 5-8 billion dollars. Our space program could achieve self sustaining funding.
