Force the courts to disregard the minor "technical errors" that currently allow the release of violent criminals. Deny any early release of violent prisoners. Incarcerate them for the full term of their sentence. No exceptions. Once their term is served, if they commit another violent rape or murder, they forfeit all of their rights and are immediately executed. No exceptions or appeals. Call it the "Two Strike Rule". This is the only way to effectively reduce violent crime significantly.
