Maximum hours for salaried employees, Employers are too smart to give.

Employers will abuse salaried employees, by making them work extra hours. There should have Limits and employers must not force any salaried employees to work off their schedule.
Many employers find a way to go around the system and employee like me could not do anything because employer meets minimum requirements.
For example, since minimum standards was raise employee was forced to work by themselves. It is not safe and employees work harder because the minimum salary was raised. Most employees come home and does not even have time to take care their family. Where is the quality of life and fairness.
What's the sense of raising minimum if employers will maximize the job while meeting minimum standards.
I bet that it will not in fact the job situation.as much as it was plan.
