McDonald's & other fast food restaurants with drive-thrus should be required to have garbage cans in their drive-thrus

McDonald’s restaurants and other fast food restaurants with drive-thrus should be required to have garbage cans in their drive-thrus in an effort to reduce litter - in and around - their businesses. At present, many fast food restaurants, including many McDonald’s locations, do not have a garbage receptacle for patrons to dispose of their garbage in drive-thrus. Litter often accumulates on and around their properties. Since many of these businesses are not willing to provide its customers with garbage receptacles voluntarily, there needs to be a law demanding that there be garbage receptacles. They need to join the effort of having a “green” country, encouraging and allowing proper disposal of persons’ garbage in their drive-thrus at their places of business where the companies profit.
