Meaningful School Loan Reform to assist current, future, and former students to improve our economy.

If a student has a Federal School Loan:

For Income based repayment, use taxable income or net income, not AGI.

Allow contractors of federal agencies to participate in the Loan forgiveness program

Allow Contractors to participate in the Federal agency they work for Loan program

Allow employers to receive tax credits for paying student loans without counting that as additional income to the employee, to encourage hiring US Students.

Allow the interest rate to lower with the economy, but not raise once lowered.

For Private Loans:

Once the student passes away, the debt is forgiven, even to the co-signer.

For both Federal and Private:

Once the student is eligible for Social Security, the debt is forgiven.
