Mr President and Congress, medical marijuana patients access to their medicine is seriously jeopardized by IRS Rule 280E. please add a subsection to 280 E. "Does not apply to medical marijuana suppliers that operate within state guidelines, in States that allow medical marijuana under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution." This is a job killing over regulation by the Federal government.
