Medical Marijuana is a state's rights issue. Please publicly urge congress to pass the CARERS Act.

There are many people dying waiting for their state to implement medical marijuana laws already on the books within their state. The state legislators are often reluctant to move on the reform because of the threat of the federal government coming in and deeming it illegal. Because of the reluctance on the part of the legislators children with severe epilepsy and many other people with severe illnesses are left with no way to obtain medication. This is happening even though their states legalized medical marijuana. The CARERS Act, currently waiting for a vote in congress, would force the federal government to respect state's rights when it comes to medical marijuana. It is the responsibility of the President to look out for the weakest among us. Please urge for the passage of this bill.
