For a medical procedure that was wrongly administered on me , for not having no knowledge of situations that happened

HI my name is Truell Williams and I'm currently dealing with a computer brain gate system that was administered to me from child hood aquaintence , that create a whole other form of lies that allowed me to become intraped 36 years of injustice and it is the talking computer system that I was given for no reason other then the lies that are with holding the knowledge of the truth , which I am waiting to let the truth show and be free and have any more of my years stolen from me threw cronyism and friendships that don't think to defend my civil rights and human rights , this is my approach, prove to me why I'm continusly being held from living my life and the people who are at faught are living their lives , this petition is to remove the chip from my eye , temporal and year.
