medicare supplement insurance reform trapped in high rate-Patient should allow change plan after 2 year coverage

1. medicare supplement insurance need to be reformed
2. I have medicare supplement insurance for several years, rate keep going up.
3. health insurance company will not allow/accept change to other medicare supplement plan or company
4. congress should reform medicare supplement insurance so that anyone after 2 or 3 years of coverage should allow to change plan within the same company and/or change insurance company without any question asked--no denial because of certain illness.
5. it can be just once a year. so we don't trapped in higher and unaffordable insurance rate/price.
