We the people of The United States of America do solemnly agree that the illegalization of marijuana, to include it's derivatives, concentrates, oils, and etcetera only deriving from a pure hemp plant, should be recreationally and medicinally legalized.
Illegalization has caused massive amounts of tax payer dollars going towards prisoners for the near harmless plant, it has caused significant crimes involving the black market to include murder, lacing with other substances to rape or cause addiction, and the likes.
There is no justifiable reason to keep marijuana illegal because if regulated including on motorways and otherwise, the use of marijuana does not interfere with anyone's life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness anymore than tobacco and alcohol use does.
