Medicinal Marijuana use rather then addiction and overdose in WV

WV ,as many may know, has an incredibly high rate of addicts, addicted to prescription pills in many forms. Prescription abuse has gotten out of control when there is a safer non lethal alternative to treating various conditions and pain. It is also non habit forming and has several proven uses. I am talking about marijuana.
