There is no reason for people to "use" the government and tax payer's hard work to have a mom stay home and have 8 babies on welfare. No, this is not right. If you can't afford even having one and not be on welfare and goverment assistance, than don't have any at all. If you must, have only 2 on government, and the rest would be on you! mom. This would save the taxpayer and government lots of money!.
