since the formation of the united states, the confederacy has been on what has been historically proven, the wrong side of almost every issue. slavery, integration and civil rights. woman rights and gay rights. evolution and climate change. starting the civil war. protecting the planet from pollution. yet despite all of this, cries are coming from them once again to secede because the majority of the citizens in this country disagree with the policies they hold dear. without the opposition they show on topics like proven science, we will be able to accomplish amazing things if we allow them to form a government they have wanted to form for at least 150 years. let them go.
