Congress is not cooperating and the president is not getting the job done. They are getting nothing done and making more than twice the average family income to fail. The president approved a pay raise for the people that caused the US credit rating to be downgraded and waited until the last minute to deal with the fiscal cliff. Maybe if they were paid the same as the average American they would have their interest in mind when serving this country.
