Memorialize in perpetuity Liberty for Virginia and Freedom for Her Inhabitants. Honor Virginia's Constitutional Rights.

Created by T.I. on November 13, 2012

Memorialize in perpetuity Liberty for Virginia and Freedom for Her Inhabitants.

Every person in Virginia is endowed with Immutable Liberty.

Immutable endowed Liberty can be nullified, but only when communities allow nullification. Most, if not all, post-Revolution communities have acknowledged Liberty as The Gift of the Founding Fathers, immune to nullification.
So, just as People of Virginia are endowed with Liberty, so is Virginia endowed with Liberty.

Virginia’s Liberty was also guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration was the foundation leading to the Structure, the Constitution, of the United States of America.

Virginia’s Liberty cannot be nullified. Nor can the Liberty and Freedom of Her Citizens be nullified.

Please memorialize Virginia’s Liberty.
