In memory of Dezirae Sheldon, who died at the age of two, let's move forward with Dezirae's law.

Dear President Obama, please sign a law that requires parents to be fully psychologically evaluated before allowing a child to be returned to them after being accused of child abuse. Although it has not been proven in court yet, it is assumed that Dezirae Sheldon died at the hands of her step father at the tender age of two in Vermont after her mother got another chance despite Dezirae getting both of her legs broken. She was in the safety net of other family members, however, Dezirae slipped through the cracks due to this decision. Please mandate Dezirae's Law in all states of America, so an end can be put to child abuse once and for all. All children have a right to live from all forms of abuse, and no child should have to die.
