men rights and revised child support laws

I want a child support system that is extremely flawed and bias,to be revised. The fact that the majority of the financial responsibility is placed solely on the non custodial parent, is overbearing and unconstitutional where in many cases the custodial parent has to show no proof that the funds received is not being abused by that parent in the case of that child. The law also gets to dictate in most cases the non custodial parent rights in the say so of that child which violates the right of that parent to be a vital part in that childs life. As a tax payer & hard working citizen and a father I'm fighting for my rights to be a father and for my right to earn a decent living while supporting my children.
