Men's Reproductive Rights

Created by D.C. on December 31, 2013

Men have no say in women's rights to reproductive health according to current law. A woman can chose to abort or give birth if she decides to do so without notification to the biological father. This gives men only one option, accept a woman's decision and support her choice. If the woman's decision is to give birth, the man is subjugated to a life of indentured servitude. Men are ordered by the court to support monetarily a child that they may or may not want to have, by this action alone, men's reproductive rights are non- existent or restricted. Men should have the right to decide if they wish to support the child monetarily and emotionally as much as women have the sole right to give birth or abort the pregnancy.
