Mental Evaluation clearance letters for New and Current Gun owners

New and Current gun owners required to have a mental evaluation clearance every 3 to 5 years. Each new gun owner would have show proof of the Mental clearance letter for the purchase of a new firearm just like Identification.

Current gun owners would have to get a mental evaluation every 3 or 5 years, in the evaluation the question of family members have mental illness can be address as well.

If the current gun owners does not keep to date the mental evaluation, gun owner would be subject to serious fines and removal of the right to possess a firearm.

Gun owners would have to pay for the mental evaluation out of pocket, small flat rate of $50. small price to pay to be a gun owner.

This is similar to a physical clearance letter for commercial drivers.
