please reorganize our budget system so more emphasis is given to mental health care. Please do not trample the rights of law abiding citizens who do not want to be a victim of violence. Who ask for the right to be allowed to be verified as qualified, skilled & competent to be a concealed carrier of a firearm. Or, to just plain have a gun in their home or business with out government punishing them as they protect what is theirs!
