When many people blame recent mass shootings on guns the claim "It was there mental instability" does not show up as often. Some shootings are the fault of the gun, because the guns the shooter uses are illegal to the pubic, but most of the shootings are done by mentally handicap people. However if we improve the stations of the Department of Mental Health across all the states for all registered mentally handicap citizens in the area. This could be done by frequent check-ups and understanding what the patient has and work with their needs. There are a lot of problems with this plan but, if successful, the amount of shootings goes down and less innocent people are tragically killed. Isn't that something we all want?.
