Looking at the most recent tragedy in America: Batman shooting, CT shooting, Columbine, and many others all the guns and ammo were purchased legally. We need to make it harder to people with mental health issues to get weapons, while still allowing our free mentally sane Americans to maintain there rights to bare arms. A mental heath eval should be issued, a back ground check and personal references. i believe these things can improve our gun control, while allowing us to keep our rights.
