Mental Institutions for Homeless People On the Street

Do you get tired of passing by homeless people out on the street?Are you fed up with bums asking you for money?

Well this petition is to reform the mental institutions and clean up the streets of America. In the 1980's Reagan took down the mental institutions releasing numbers of homeless people in the U.S. Now this petition will clean up America and make America a much nicer place to walk around. Going to outdoor malls will be more safer and extravagant without your mood getting changed due to a homeless person begging for money. The mental institutions will take care of the homeless and create jobs.
