Merely acknowledge that the gender wage gap is not based on gender prejudice employment practices.

Created by C.N. on December 13, 2012

Society is perpetuating the myth that there is a wage gap based on gender bias and sexism, the victims being women and the perpetrators being men. This is vehemently misleading as it does not address the true nature of the gender based wage discrepancy which is rooted in gender biased job selection, perpetrated by the ones seeking occupation and not those with the power to employ. All we ask is that you merely make a statement to the nation that wage differences based on alleged sexism of employers is a fallacy. Ninety percent of all work related fatalities are male because men have and continue to be employed in dangerous, and often times deadly, occupations in overwhelmingly large numbers than women and instances such as this are the true cause of any gender wage gap. Thank you.
