Please Merge the various government healthcare options (medicare, Medaide, VA, tricare, etc...). Please model it after the best parts of each, and allow for different payment\co-pay plans for the various types.
As a taxpayer i understand that there may be an initial cost and growing pains in merging so many departments, but it would result in a considerable cost savings by swapping to more of a one payer model as well as consolidating bureaucracy.
