Created by E.V. on November 12, 2012

The USDA and FDA regulate the production of food manufactured in the US or imported into the US. Two different entities with similar and overlapping purposes is not efficient and creates a greater burden to the budgethe merge the two agencies, eliminate redundant programs and people, as well as create minimum educational standards similar to or exceeding the standards seen in the food industry for all inspector level and above employees.
