1.connect with frontline
2.create a backup team to replace the infected medical staff
3. improve the Global Announcement System
External (Global)
1. frontline disease kit:
What we need to do in golden 72 hours
2.Personal protection tools
3.How to rearrange the local medical resource
4.What we need to do (phase 2,3,4 …) When the situation is not under control.
