Metal Detectors, Video Surveillance, and Police Security Guards at Every School

Gun control is not enough. More changes need to be made. Just like armed security guards are required for every airport and government building, armed security guards (qualified policeman only) should be required at every school entrance/exit. Metal detectors should also be required at every entrance and emergency exit. Bars should be required on all school windows to prevent break-ins. Emergency exists should be locked from the outside, and there should still be a guard in the vicinity. Patrolling of the entire vicinity should also be required. In addition, there should also be video surveillance of the entire school and also on school buses. Every public place (malls, libraries, parks, etc.) should have video surveillance and metal detectors at every entrance and exit.
