It is petitioned that President Obama side-step congress and free/pardon/turn-over Mexican cartel members to Mexican authorities in exchange to have Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi freed from a Mexican jail for accidentally crossing into Mexico with legally own firearms.
President Obama set the precedence when he side-stepped congress and had five Taliban terrorist leaders freed to secure the liberation of Sgt Bowe Bergdahl. If he do it for Sgt Bergdahl in Afghanistan, he can do it for Sgt Tahmooressi in Mexico
