Immigrants from Mexico that came Legally should be allowed to receive a license in all states & be allowed to work legally. Legal immigrants possess documentation & I.D from their home country & inter with permission. The ones who came here legally should be ahead of any immigration reform & not those who crossed our borders illegally.
