Alot of people file a appeal because it a chance.well basically everyone in prison who opportunity comes up which makes the process a long wait and alot of appeals don't get met on time to be effective.I suggest we start a mediation group who can offer reduce sentence to give up there rights to appeal to bring down the back log of trails.so the more serious cases can be seeing in due process amount of time.
