The drug war being waged by the cartels in Mexico is the greatest threat to Homeland security. Everyday drugs weapons and human traffickers come and go across our borders. Cartel violence has infiltrated our borders and is happening in our cities.
It's time the government focused on securing our borders once and for all. Allow the military to patrol our borders to prevent the continued illicit trafficking that is taking place.
The media fails to cover the violence and corruption that has plagued our southern neighbor. They have failed to report on the cartel violence in US cities, but it is here and unless we use the force of our military to secure the border it will only get worse.
